What a year! Have you experienced challenges in managing emotionally overwhelming feelings like stress, depression, or anxiety? 

As we approach the changes in the seasons + the sun setting sooner, now is the best time to start preparing for a pandemic winter.

This group offers a supportive and encouraging community of women that are all working on developing and practicing emotional self-care skills. In each meeting, you will learn skills to help you improve your emotional- health and navigate stressors.


We will cover ways for you to build mindfulness so you can experience joy + rejuvenation. My hope is you will leave this group with a  greater understanding of how emotions work how to shift your perspective, and increase the ability to cope with all of the challenges.

$45/session. Weekly for 6 weeks.
